Q. I am getting "Invalid License (Code4)!, The software has not been installed correctly. Invalid license (Code5)!

A.

HKEY LOCAL MACHINE (HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE, HKLM) is one of the seven top level entries in the Windows Registry.
It contains settings that are general to all users on the computer
Use regedt32.exe in system32 to edit the Registry. Edit at your own risk.

Take a look at the registry, using regedt32.exe, and check that it is readable and ok: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE /Software /Flicks Software /AuthentiX /1.0 /AuthentiXConfig

If it is greyed out, then reboot. This will solve the problem.

Then run AuthentiX and look in the About Box. Send us your serial number and version of the software, with a description of the problem. support@flicks.com
